Monkey Bizness Centennial Store Supervisor

Each Monkey Bizness store has two supervisors who are in charge of the day to day tasks of the store. They will work directly with the owner and the Area Manager to maintain the high standards that each store must adhere to. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to grow as a leader and put their mark on a place. You will get the chance to both work as a team and individually to implement improvements, work with your staff, and provide great customer service.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
* Overall staff management, including training, giving reviews, and scheduling
* Making sure that our customers have a great experience in our store.
* Back office management including management of some vendors, opening and closing routines for the store, and accomplishment of daily checklists.
* Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the store and making sure that the environment is safe for our customers.

Compensation is between $12.00-$14.00 per hour DOE. You are also eligible for tip share which is a chance for additional compensation. You will also be eligible for life insurance, dental, and accidental insurance from Aflac.
