The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We take our cleaning seriously and strive to offer a safe, healthy environment for all of our guests.
We ask that parents help us in keeping our facilities safe for all children. Children must be free of fevers, running noses, active coughs, vomiting, and bowel issues to use our facilities.
We ask a lot of our staff, and they do a great job in helping us provide a great experience to our guests at Monkey Bizness. However, we do not ask them to diagnose children who may appear to be sick. Please help our staff and other guests by not bringing in a child who has symptoms of an illness.
We take our cleaning seriously. To document everything our stores do, would take up pages (and would be quite dull :-). However, we do want our guests to be aware of the specific steps we take to make sure that we are providing a clean and healthy environment.

We provide hand sanitizer for our guests at our check-in counters and throughout the store. We also have handwashing stations in our restrooms and party rooms with anti-bacterial soap.

Before, during, and after hours we are disinfecting and cleaning our facilities. The products that we use kill 99.9% of viruses and germs and have been recommended by the Center for Disease Control to kill bacteria including influenza. Our stores have detailed cleaning checklists that are completed every day to keep our equipment, common areas, food prep areas, and party rooms germ-free.

We ask all guests to sanitize or wash their hands before and after using our equipment to help prevent the chance of anything spreading. We also require socks on our playfloor to limit any germs that may be on shoes or barefeet.
